In cases where there is a major issue with the product, you are within your rights to request either a replacement or a refund. Replacements must match the type of product initially provided, and refunds should be in the same amount and form as your original payment.

Mad Octane may consider factors such as the type of product, anticipated consumer use, expected lifespan, and reasonable wear and tear before addressing your request, taking into account the time elapsed since the purchase.

Regarding services, in the event of a major problem, you have the option to terminate the contract, seek a refund, or pursue compensation for any decrease in the value of services compared to the price paid.

In the event of any damages or issues, we kindly ask that you promptly examine your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate action to rectify it
